Monthly Pithivier Series

We are excited to unveil our monthly pithivier series, celebrating the British game season. Our commitment is to showcase the finest seasonal game each month, expertly prepared by our Founder and Chef Director, Oliver Marlowe. His pithiviers are so delectable that even those unfamiliar with game will quickly become fans. The Hunter’s Moon will kick off the monthly pithivier series on August 13th 2024, running through the end of the year.

September: Partridge
October: Pheasant
November: Mixed Game
December: Venison
